Pay : $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Long Term Temporary (6 months+)
Below are the high level job duties :
Job Duties :
- Answer phones.
- Greet visitors.
- Validate parking.
- Sign in / out packages and deliveries.
- Data entry
- Assist Office Manager with ordering lunches for meetings.
- Other projects as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years corporate receptionist experience
- Strong communication skills including grammar.
- Professional appearance
- Front desk etiquette
- Friendly personality
- Proficiency with MS Office, need to be computer literate.
- MS Word and Excel templates are set up will need to know how to navigate / enter data.
- Ability to navigate electronic sign-in system for guests.
