Job Summary :
- Research and call on targeted potential clients
- Market CentiMark’s features, benefits, and success stories through such platforms as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Call to set appointments for introduction meetings
- Organize customer and business development events for each office in the Northwest Region
- Follow up on old as well as existing proposals with clients and prospects
- Research market dynamics and industries to help form effective business development programs
- Join and get involved in appropriate networking organizations such as BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, Hospital Engineering, etc in order to communicate our unique service offerings
- Organize and participate in select trade shows that fit our customer profile
- Perform joint calls with various Regional Sales staff
- Cross-coordinate business development other CentiMark Sales Teams as appropriate to target and develop mutual opportunities / Customers
- Attain monthly activity goals set by Regional Sales Management
- Learn and gain proficiency in all responsibilities associated with a Regional Sales role
