The Sr Program Manager Global Self-ID will spearhead our global initiatives surrounding SID for both candidates and employees.

In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee the Global SID program, driving awareness, amplification, and engagement of the program to promote and assist with diversity and inclusion (DEI) across Amazon.

Your efforts play a crucial role in fostering a culture of belonging and equity and driving our company's DEI objectives forward.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies and programs for global SID of diversity for candidates and employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEI initiatives into technology
  • Analyze data related to diversity metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of DEI goals with overall business objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on SID best practices and trends, both internally and externally
  • Develop and lead efforts to educate employees on the importance of DEI and promote cultural competence
  • Travel nationally and internationally, as needed ( 10%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience implementing or managing self-ID, DEI, or related programs
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards related to DEI

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
