After training, the Entry-Level Customer Account Representative's responsibilities will include :
- Creating daily strategies that effectively work with the client’s CRM, analyzing data for efficiency and potential profits.
- Initiating contact with consumers and providing friendly, helpful answers to their product inquiries.
- Navigating challenging customer questions while maintaining a pleasant and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Learning sales techniques to navigate consumer negotiations with high closing rates and customer retention.
- Creating purchase orders and mediating the onboarding process with both the client and consumers.
- Generating new accounts and successfully adding them to the CRM, ensuring timely responses to all account questions.
- Eagerly participating in additional training and skillset advancement opportunities.

- A friendly and good-natured professional who prioritizes positive relationships.
- Quick and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Top-tier communication skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating success in negotiating and upselling.
- Thrives in challenges and remains calm under pressure.
