Duties :
- Represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances.
- Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Manage a high volume of cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on case progress.
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation.
Requirements :
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong motivation and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer and word processing skills.
- Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.).
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- Court experience preferred.
Education :
Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
