Our Facilities Project Staff play a crucial role in managing and executing projects that enhance our work environment and operational capabilities.
The Work
As a Facilities Project Staff member, you will :
Define project requirements and negotiate contracts and contract changes.
Establish operating budgets and identify financial terms and conditions.
Act as the primary contact for facilities project activities, leading project reviews focused on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules.
Identify problems and develop effective solutions, including resource allocation and adjustments to project scope.
Coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project, ensuring alignment and efficiency throughout all phases.
Please note :
This position is fulltime onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented project manager with a strong background in facilities management. You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your ability to identify issues and implement strategic solutions is key to your success in this role.
A level 4 employee is typically senior-career and has 7 to 9+ years of professional experience.
