ABOUT THE ROLE :

Are you passionate about digital storytelling and local food culture? If you enjoy sharing culinary experiences on IG and TikTok and staying up to date with the latest restaurant trends, then this role is perfect for you.

We're hiring a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our brand presence on social media, while also supporting our overall marketing initiatives for each restaurant and the team at large.

As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you'll bring creativity and authenticity to support our content strategy, while bridging the gap between our restaurants and marketing efforts.

We're seeking someone who is excited to spearhead the building, management, and execution of marketing campaigns for in-restaurant promotions while serving as the primary support to senior team members.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • Has a proven track record in managing daily postings across multiple social media accounts.
  • Skilled copywriter adept at crafting content across multiple tones simultaneously, including refined and sophisticated language styles.

Possesses a knack for captivating crafting copy tailored for social media.

  • Demonstrates a keen understanding of social trends and updates.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing online communities.
  • Skilled in analyzing social analytics and reporting on actionable insights.
  • Displays genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and food.
  • Brings social media photography / videography expertise to the table.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment but can work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Facilitate clear communication of restaurant promotions and objectives to the marketing team, supporting communication between marketing and restaurant teams for coordinating campaigns, project management, events, promotions, and other marketing-related initiatives.
  • Curate and oversee social media postings on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok in tandem with Social Media team.
  • Support monthly content calendars in Later to align with restaurant messaging objectives and brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Social Media Manager to execute strategic directions for each restaurant, ensuring content aligns with respective business goals.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences for multiple restaurant social media channels, adhering to established brand and community guidelines.
  • Execute daily social media posting and scheduling across all platforms.
  • Foster elevated engagement through active community management on social media channels.
  • Maintain hospitality standards by promptly addressing guest messages or comments, escalating issues to the appropriate restaurant team as necessary.
  • Provide support for day-to-day photography & videography needs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1 year of experience in marketing and / or social media management.

Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Strong copywriting skills, particularly for engaging social media posts.

Experience creating social media photo and video content, specifically for Instagram and TikTok.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Self-motivated, capable of thriving in fast-paced collaborative environments.

Organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Availability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to manage and respond to guest messages and be onsite for events and to capture in-restaurant experiences.

Preferred hospitality industry experience.

Photography and videography skills are advantageous.

COMPENSATION DETAILS :

Salary (Based on Experience $45,000-55,000
