Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda in Clinton Township, Michigan is looking for an experienced automotive billing clerk to join our team.

This job is for someone who is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, comes to work every day with a positive attitude, has an open mind, and who is ready to work hard, willing to learn and be a team player.

Hours of work are as follows - 8 : 30AM - 8 : 00PM Monday and Thursday, 8 : 30AM - 6 : 00PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Pay is commensurate with experience.

Core Responsibilities :

• Work directly with and assist Finance Manager with creation of contracts and deal documentation, paperwork correction, customer follow-up for new and used car sales and leases.
• Assist with verifying accuracy of new and used vehicle sale / lease deal documentation.
• Process new license plate and license plate transfer requests via State of Michigan CVR System.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and customer information.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and refunds.
• Assist Finance Manager with entry and tracking of monthly data necessary for department records.
• Communicate with banks and financial institutions to track and resolve issues pertaining to deal processing and funding.
• Collaborate with sales and finance departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
