Seller Growth Operations team is the owner of the seller acquisition, incubation and education to TikTok Shop. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities - Responsible for driving short-term and long-term e-commerce business development on TikTok by leveraging the power of channels- Help the acquisition, incubation and education project delivery with effective planning and milestone tracking- Conduct the analysis of the seller or merchants' related data- Collaborate with other xFN teams to build and iterate our operation strategies
Minimum Qualifications : - Currently pursuing a full time MBA program or related discipline - BA / BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with eCommerce is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Strong cross-team / culture collaboration ability and excellent communication skills;
