Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Experience in Telecom Billing and Revenue Management domains is a plus.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software projects including design specifications and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
- Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the growing needs of the business.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align software development with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

- Possess a deep understanding of SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Show a proven track record of leading successful software projects from inception to completion.
