As well as providing both Private and Corporate concierge to our members, Quintessentially has an in-house Travel agency, Estates division and Education consultancy.

QUALIFICATIONS :

A detailed oriented team player who also demonstrates exceptional communication and leadership skills. With a passion to work and achieve success in fast paced environment.

Recognized as highly effective and solution oriented, the candidate will possess experience working cross functionally between departments and be able to independently complete projects.

An ability to think creatively, multi task and prioritize tasks including creative solutions, sourcing materials and scouted locations / venues for clients.

Delivering work on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards for luxury clients. The candidate will have expertise working across weddings, social events, galas, and charitable events ranging in scale.

Experience Required :

• Planned and executed large scale social and corporate events as the lead planner
• Worked closely with clients to capture all details that need to be included within their event, such as venue scouting, vendor sourcing, entertainment, catering and any other requests
• Organize vendor meetings and source materials for clients
• Create schedules, rental orders, FBOs and many other items to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
• Work closely with design team and production vendors
• Budget management, payment schedules and timelines to keep the project and client organized
• Execute event design decks, estimates and proposals
• Experience working within the luxury or UHNW industry and understanding of the above and beyond’ client servicing required;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a can do’ attitude;
• Discretion and sensitivity
• Positive can-do attitude, thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
