Position Requirements :
Social Services Designee I
- Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).
- Requires credentials as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) within a year of hire.
- Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW) - Deaconess will assist in continued education through tuition reimbursement program.
- Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and / or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment.
Social Services Designee II
- Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Masters of Social Work (MSW).
- Requires credentials as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within a year of hire.
- Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and / or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment.
Social Worker I
- Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).
- Requires credentials in applicable state as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) at the time of employment.
- Requires credentials as a Graduate Social Worker by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) at the time of employment.
