Key Skills and Experience Required

• 4+ years in a Business Analyst role to include testing and aptitude regarding APIs and Web Services
• MUST be willing to commute 1 day / week onsite to Columbia, SC
• Strong technical acumen combined with communication skills to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical teams.

Job Description

• Role will represent Data Integration layer (LEDS) in projects and work efforts across the organization.
• They will assist with design, documentation, and troubleshooting of Data between enterprise systems (both internally and externally).
• Will work business units and other application areas to understand requirements, and work closely with development staff to ensure integration solution meet those needs.
• Collaborate with various internal groups and external vendors to ensure all specifications are met and problems are resolved as they arise.
• Communicate with applications on-call persons to repair applications that ended abnormally.
• Consult with senior level peers on projects of greater complexity.
• Monitor and report on scheduled batch and online applications for successful / unsuccessful execution.
• Attend implementation meetings to determine impact to system availability and assignment of team resources for these implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another related field
• 4+ years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and / or programming experience
• Comfortable commuting 1 day / week onsite to Columbia, SC
• Strong communication skills with aptitude to converse and translate requirements and needs between technical / development teams and non-technical teams
