Compliance Analyst/Project Manager

Private Advisor Group is looking for a talented, high-performing Compliance Analyst / Project Manager to join our compliance team in Rock Hill, SC 29730.

The Compliance Analyst / Project Manager will support the compliance team by leading and organizing projects and contribute toward our mission of providing advisors with reliable and responsive support.

This position is entry level and offers an opportunity to expand business and organizational skills while building a career in financial services and compliance.

This is a full-time, hybrid position.

Key responsibilities in this role include :

• Project Management : Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of compliance initiatives
• Reporting and Communication : Preparation of reports and presentation material to document progress and completion of projects and provide leadership with insight on strategy, progress and results
• Team Member Support : Learn and assist team members with various compliance related tasks
• Relationship Management : Build relationships with internal partners to foster collaboration and interact with advisors to provide assistance and drive positive outcomes

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Desire to build a career in compliance
• Prior investment advisory or regulatory compliance experience highly advantageous
