What We’re Looking For :

• Experienced Professionals : Bring your Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge and expertise to our team.
• Clean Driving Record : A valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record are essential.
• Physical Strength : Able to lift up to 50-100lbs as needed.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills are a must to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Professionalism : A professional appearance and a positive personality are crucial.
• Punctuality : Must be on time all the time to maintain our high standards of service.
• Willingness to Learn : Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Flexibility : Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.

Your Role :

• Installation Expertise : Install refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems with precision and care.
• Efficiency : Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain an adequate stock of necessary equipment.
• Customer Interaction : Collect payment and / or payment information from customers for work performed.
• Vehicle Maintenance : Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Documentation : Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Versatility : Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.
