LHH has partnered with a growing client to assist them in finding their next Logistic Coordinator. They will oversee the daily operations of the logistics process including product acquisition, distribution, and delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
- Coordinate with transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including shipping, import / export, and customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage logistics budgets.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or 2+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Schedule :
- Full-time, 40 hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Pay Details : $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
