Short description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chief Engineer to manage and maintain a Multicat Offshore Vessel. This position involves a 21x21 rotation, ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and management of the vessel's machinery and systems.
Function description
Some of the tasks and responsibilities to be performed by the Chief Engineer are :
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all machinery, systems, and equipment on the multicat vessel;
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards;
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability;
- Manage and coordinate the engineering team, providing guidance and training as needed;
- Monitor and report on the condition and performance of machinery and systems, identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly;
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory;
- Liaise with the vessel's Captain and other crew members to ensure smooth operations;
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with environmental regulations and company policies.

Requirements
In addition to having experience in this area, we have the following requirements :
- Valid STCW certification;
- Chief Engineer (III / 2) Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent;
- Valid medical certificate (ENG 1, OGUK or equivalent);
- Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (PSCRB) certification;
- Strong knowledge of marine engineering principles, practices, and standards;
- Experience with multicat vessels or similar offshore support vessels;
