HRSP is looking for an experienced, detailed, service-oriented Benefits Account Manager to join their Benefits Account Management Department.
This person will work with PEO clients that offer both Master plans and Group plans.
Responsibilities :
- Present renewal proposals to clients and work with them while providing strategic guidance when choosing their benefits package for the next year.
- Schedule and perform open enrollment meetings.
- Facilitate preparation of open enrollment guides and other collateral
- Communicate frequently throughout the year with business owners and main points of contact to build and cultivate positive relationships.
- Work with Benefits Administration Department regularly to ensure clients’ expectations are communicated effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Texas Life & Health License (Required)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- 2+ years of account management experience preferred.
- Understanding of ACA compliance regulations
- Moderate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

- Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements while maintaining balance with business requirements.
- Prioritize, anticipate, and analyze problems to expedite their resolution.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
