We are searching for a meticulous Staff Accountant to join a growing team in Franklin, Tennessee. This one is great for a recent Grad with an Accounting Degree.
In this role, you will be part of our thriving Heathcare industry, focusing on critical financial duties such as fixed assets management and bank reconciliation among others.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements
- Manage fixed assets, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing of new acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
- Participate in month-end close procedures, preparing necessary journal entries to facilitate this process
- Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate
- Perform additional duties as required, supporting the finance team in ensuring smooth business operations.

- Applicant must possess skills in Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, and Fixed Assets.
- Prior work experience in the Medical Devices industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Open to candidates with diverse years of experience, including fresh graduates.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor degree of Accounting is required.
- Professional certification such as CPA is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
- Understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
