Essential Functions :
- Plan the daily orders.
- Communicate daily work load to each shift lead for tailgate meetings.
- Direct and prioritize all work to the Warehouse workers and ASRS.
- Communicate arrival and departure of carriers to the warehouse workers.
- Monitor the operation of the ASRS and communicate faults with the warehouse workers.
- Adjust inventory for leaking and damaged products.
- Research and clear errors in the LogPro work queue.
- Arrive, depart, and schedule carriers in TMS.
- Print, distribute, and file all daily shipping documents.
- Monitor and address issues with the aging report.
- Communicate with and direct all incoming and outgoing drivers.
- Take and address all incoming departmental phone calls.
- Personally apply a seal to all outbound trailers.
- Personally inspect and verify seal number on all incoming loads.
- Communicate inventory / release needs to the lab and manage back orders and rolling releases.
- Create license plates for incoming repack and FV orders.
- Manage, document and issue temperature recorders to appropriate customers.
Education and Experience
Physical Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Additional education preferred.
- 2-4 years in a manufacturing / warehouse environment.
- Intermediate computer knowledge including MS Office.
AS400 and TMS experience preferred.
- Organization and administrative knowledge required.
- Communication skills are a must.
- Extremely detail oriented.
