Essential Functions :

• Plan the daily orders.
• Communicate daily work load to each shift lead for tailgate meetings.
• Direct and prioritize all work to the Warehouse workers and ASRS.
• Communicate arrival and departure of carriers to the warehouse workers.
• Monitor the operation of the ASRS and communicate faults with the warehouse workers.
• Adjust inventory for leaking and damaged products.
• Research and clear errors in the LogPro work queue.
• Arrive, depart, and schedule carriers in TMS.
• Print, distribute, and file all daily shipping documents.
• Monitor and address issues with the aging report.
• Communicate with and direct all incoming and outgoing drivers.
• Take and address all incoming departmental phone calls.
• Personally apply a seal to all outbound trailers.
• Personally inspect and verify seal number on all incoming loads.
• Communicate inventory / release needs to the lab and manage back orders and rolling releases.
• Create license plates for incoming repack and FV orders.
• Manage, document and issue temperature recorders to appropriate customers.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. Additional education preferred.
• 2-4 years in a manufacturing / warehouse environment.
• Intermediate computer knowledge including MS Office.

AS400 and TMS experience preferred.

• Organization and administrative knowledge required.
• Communication skills are a must.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Self-Motivated
• Sitting possibly for long periods of time (8-10 hrs.)
• Walking - frequently
• Bending frequently
• Lifting (50 lbs) occasionally
• Carrying (50 lbs.) occasionally
