Summary :
The Marketing Director will play a leadership role within the In-House Agency (IHA) and is responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies for the Xpanse brand under the Archwell umbrella.
Expertise in the B2B business market(s) Xpanse competes in will be key in creating sound approaches to address competitive challenges, best build the brand’s presence and establish leadership and credibility.
The Marketing Director will oversee the monthly execution of the established marketing strategy, analyze market trends, results, identify product or service positioning opportunities, and strategize how to communicate Xpanse’s value proposition effectively.
The Marketing Director will collaborate with other teams, such as sales, product development, and functions within the IHA to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and brand standards.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Strong background and proven results in B2B marketing.
Perform core duties of creating, developing and maintaining a long-term marketing plan to build the awareness, differentiation and credibility of the brand and B2B technologies that compels customers to buy.
Track results and performance to further inform future deployments. Share reports / results with leadership as needed.
Ability to multitask, manage competing prioritizes and meets deadlines.
Work closely with colleagues on the IHA creative team, as well as Xpanse leadership and product teams to create specific and targeted campaigns and promotions.
Conduct market research to inform plans and partner with the Archwell strategy team to ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies.
Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end.
Attend meetings, marketing events and conferences (as applicable).
Manage any relevant relationships with vendors.
Oversee brand marketing campaigns, once implemented.
Coordinate with all digital media contacts and ensure that the company shows up consistently.
Maintain a deep understanding of the business landscape, utilize strong analytical skills and outstanding communication skills to clearly convey approaches and strategies.
Both to business partners and teammates within the IHA.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated superior performance track record in exceeding requirements / objectives.
In-depth understanding / Knowledge of Mortgage and Financial categories is ideal.
Expertise and knowledge in emerging technology, automation, data and AI is a big plus.
Ability to work with and develop strong, mutual working relationships with diverse partners and staff members.
Possess sharp and effective communication skills, follow through and follow-up capabilities.
Understands the importance and value of the brand’s identity, visibility, and consistency.
Training, mentoring, presenting and coaching capabilities.
Capable of performing successfully in a direct reporting relationship with matrixed relationships as well.
This position does not have any direct reports; however, strong, persuasive leadership capability is required to provide guidance and direction.
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
At least ten (10) years of marketing experience.
Mortgage product knowledge ideal.
Emerging technology, automation, data and AI knowledge a big plus.
