The MSP Learning Solutions team is looking for an experienced technical writer to create standard operation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical manuals for users of automated / robotics technologies during alpha and beta testing.

The typical audience is Operations Associates and Maintenance Technicians, with a secondary focus on Operations Leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance goals.
  • Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Design and develop learning solutions, including technical documentation, job-aids, reference materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other interactive content.
  • Design and develop skills-based learning programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness solutions through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure learning solutions are aligned with the overall learning strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of learning materials.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Graphics / Photo imaging / Video software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Visio, etc.), Articulate 360, Microsoft SharePoint etc.

with prior experience in using Learning Management Systems is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions and making data-driven improvements.

Required Qualification

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in learning design is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field.
  • Experience with Xyleme (LCMS).
  • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications.
  • Able to write effective instructional texts and scripts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and cordial manner through oral, written, and visual communications with others at all levels in the company.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $37. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
