Marketing Brand Manager
This position is ideally suited for a graphics superstar wanting to combine their creativity and strategic marketing skills for a growing fitness franchise.
This is an opportunity to not only grow your knowledge of branding and marketing, but to also learn about the franchise business working for a small fast-growing company.
The Maxx Fitness Clubzz Corporate office headquarters is located in Shelton, Connecticut the company has seven fitness clubs locations in PA, RI, NJ and a growing franchise business.
Job Summary :
The Brand Manager position requires a broad range of graphic skills and experience in support of key marketing objectives and goals.
Candidate must be very proficient and have high understanding of all social media outlets (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), digital pay-per-click ad campaigns, direct mail campaigns and all in-club promotions and signage.
Requires the ability to manage the online campaigns and execute social networking posting strategy, delivering content via, Facebook, Google Advertising.
Day-to-Day :
Create monthly graphics and schedule postings on social media platform for all clubs.
Email and / or text new club members with proficiency utilizing email and texting platforms.
Ability to edit direct mail graphics including expiration dates on direct mail pieces.
Manage the promotional calendars for all clubs.
Manage google adwords - reviewing results and managing budget. Create monthly promotional one-page overviews for all promotions and provide that communication to club management.
Manage creative with any agencies for channels such as Billboards, Direct Mail, in-club promotional signage, club photo galleries and / or videos.
Manage the implementation of monthly sale rates into the clubs point-of-sale system, and communication out to each club's manager.
Qualifications :

Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, flexible, deadline oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Acrobat and other desktop publishing software
Understanding and ability to work with Wordpress website for updates and editing.
Proficiency with social media including planning, implementation and measurement
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
