As one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors, Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) offers you an opportunity to join our team.

Make a difference and promote the progress of construction! We are seeking experienced Division 10 / 12 Installers in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher / cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

Significant Responsibilities :

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections .
• Ability to work independently on jobsites
• Oversee less experienced installers / laborers
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
• Identify / Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Experience :

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence
• Compliant with safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction
• Dependable Transportation
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience
• Bilingual is a plus (English / Spanish)
