JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of People Technology & Operations to lead our People & Culture technology initiatives and optimize People & Culture processes across the organization.

The role will report to the Executive Vice President, People & Culture.

From day one, the successful candidate will capably drive and deliver : the implementation and management of all people-related systems, seamless operational efficiency across our technology solutions, foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, and ensure a meaningful alignment between the systems landscape and our overall People & Culture strategy.

The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, champion the adoption of best practices, foster innovation, adeptly manage global stakeholder groups, and ensure efficient team operations to support our workforce through the full employee lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • People Technology Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive People technology strategy that enhances employee experience, supports business goals, and optimizes People & Culture operations.
  • System Implementation : Oversee the implementation and integration of people-related systems (Workday and all associated systems), ensuring seamless functionality and a positive user experience across our global workforce.
  • Data / Master Data Management : Ensure accurate and secure data / master data management within all People & Culture systems and full and proper coordination with counterpart groups (IT, Finance) in data management processes.
  • Process Effectiveness & Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficiency across the dozens of processes covered in our People Technology landscape.
  • People Analytics & Insights : Leverage expert analytics & insights skills to drive the creation, deployment, and maintenance of insightful analytics and dashboards to support workforce- and people-related assessment, planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management : Develop and manage the budget for the People Technology and Operations group, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for People & Culture technology and operations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaboration : Partner with People & Culture leadership and key stakeholder and counterpart groups to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Change Management : Provide key expertise to support change management initiatives related to technology adoption, including training, support, and communication strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR technology and operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a people leadership role.
  • Expert-level understanding of Workday, adjacent People technology systems, HR processes, and Workday / process best practices.
  • Extensive track record of success in implementing and managing Workday technology solutions, as well as related systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading technology projects to successful completion.
  • Proven ability to lead by establishing direction, organizing work, and distributing workloads.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR technology.

Preferred :

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Workday Pro certification is preferred.
  • Workday HCM certification preferred.

COMPENSATION RANGE : $164,400 $226,050
