WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As a Facilities Repair Technician, your day starts with reviewing work orders and planning your tasks. You perform routine maintenance and repairs across our program sites and residents' homes, tackling everything from painting and masonry to plumbing and electrical work.

Flexible and reliable, you also assist with office and resident relocations, ensuring spaces are move-in ready. Safety and efficiency are your top priorities as you troubleshoot issues and make recommendations, all under the guidance of our facilities supervisor.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

• 2-3 years of relevant building maintenance experience
• Valid NY driver's license
• Reliable transportation
