The Role
- WARM LEADS attend pre-scheduled appointments
- Discover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions
- Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
- Rapid career growth plans through Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
- Ongoing mentorship from Sales Leaders
The Pay
- Earn while you learn : $750 / week during training
- Average first-year earnings of up to $70k-90k
- Top performers earn $150k+ annually
- Unlimited income potential

- Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel within designated sales territory

Job Requirements
- In-home sales experience a plus, HIS license preferred
- Technical measuring skills a plus
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication / presentation skills with a passion for selling
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed
- Professional image, high level of integrity
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
Additional Benefits
- Paid Training Program $22.00 per hour, 4-6 weeks, Option to continue hourly plus commission
