ABOUT THE POSITION
Pohanka Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internet Sales Manager to grow and lead our booming internet sales department.
The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record as a successful Sales Professional, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a proven ability to train and motivate a team who thrives in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior sales experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone and email
- Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction
