Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
- Propounding and responding to extensive discovery
- Drafting various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
- Drafting pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
- Calendaring
- Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
- Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
- Organizing documents for filing
- Drafting correspondence
- Working on special projects as needed
Experience you will need :
- Experience as a Personal Injury LITIGATION PARALEGAL
- Understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases
- Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus
