JOB DESCRIPTION
Ecolab, the global leader in premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for our Greensboro Plant.
Main Responsibilities :
- Applies engineering skill to solve complex problems utilizing knowledge of Ecolab’s customers and markets. Schedules and coordinates major segments of complex projects to meet cost and time objectives.
- Reviews design and documentation to ensure compliance with design criteria and standards.
- Conducts feasibility studies, determines manpower and cost estimates, and develops engineering criteria.
- Activities lead to innovative applications and extensions of existing or new products, processes, systems or methods having major importance to the business.
- Develops a knowledge and understanding of products / systems / services, customers and customer needs of business area supported.
- Performs analyses to develop design options or recommendations for structures, systems and components.
- Executes multiple projects simultaneously, with only moderate supervision.
- Participates in the development of work assignments and demonstrates independence by completing assignments without detailed instructions.
- Expands network of resources through participation in cross functional teams.
- Perform Processing Engineering Functions at the direction of the Engineering Manager
- Perform service work for the company’s equipment.
- Ensure minimum unscheduled downtime of plant, office, and maintenance equipment by assisting i
- implementing the Maintenance, Supervisor’s schedules maintenance, emergency service, equipment installation, and process improvement projects.
- Help ensure optimum condition of plant equipment and facilities through effective communication between supervisor and technicians.
- Help train new technicians to maximize safety, rates and quality.
Basic Qualifications :
- High School Diploma, GED, Technical school.
- 8 plus yrr of Manufacturing Production Experience

- Good Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Know of Total Preventive Maintenance Concepts
