Responsibilities
There are various roles available with different responsibilities. Licensed professional duties range from back-office, administrative roles to those interacting directly with clients.
Roles include general agents, licensing specialists, recruiters, investment specialists, and more.
Qualifications
All training is provided. No financial experience is required; however, it is a highly regulated industry and requires a clean background.
Applicants must be 18 years old or older , pass a criminal and financial background check (provided for the applicant), and be based out of one of the 50 U.
S. states, Guam, or Puerto Rico only . We do not offer VISA sponsorship. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely (on Zoom) with a professional setting, have professional communication skills, and be coachable.
Leadership provides ongoing mentorship and training. The platform offers sponsorship for obtaining other state and Federal licensing after initial onboarding for professional growth and to service the various needs of clients.
Applicants MUST attend an initial, informational presentation on Zoom to meet one of the team leaders. The presentation will introduce himself / herself, the services the team provides, and the different opportunities.
