We're seeking a talented individual who specializes in scale motions and can leverage our partnership with Microsoft to grow Insight's Azure Security business.

As a Senior Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive scale and repeatability within Insight across multiple organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, present, and demonstrate the value proposition and business benefits of Insight's cloud solutions to internal stakeholders and sellers.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that will result in an increase in services pipeline through Microsoft Solution and program usage & incentive attainment.

The goal is to help Insight maintain top partner status.

  • Engage with Microsoft's and Insight's sales teams to identify and generate demand for cloud security solutions that address the challenges and opportunities across all customer segments.
  • Maintain a high level of Microsoft and industry business acumen to facilitate executive-level discussions, which includes staying up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices within the cloud market and assigned business segment.
  • Build relationships internally and externally where you are viewed as the trusted advisor for Microsoft Azure Security.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales plays, at scale, to build and drive pipeline.
  • Provide enablement to the Insight sales, delivery, portfolio, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to help educate and support partner sales levers such as programs and funding available to support discovery and closing.
  • Drive, support, and participate in sponsored events and cosell events to nurture relationships and sell the Insight + Microsoft value proposition.
  • Accurately forecast, manage, and report business performance metrics and pipeline using Microsoft's and Insight's systems.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or sales enablement in the IT industry.
  • 7+ years of experience in services solution presales, consulting, or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's cloud offerings and value proposition for Azure Security stack.
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate partner performance.
  • Knowledge of technology to enable scale motions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building, and collaboration skills with executive and seller audiences both internally and with Microsoft.
  • Track record of consistently executing against corporate objectives and sales forecasts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support partner events.
