Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential employees.
Responsibilities - Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies - Utilize various recruiting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and social media to attract candidates - Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions - Manage internal recruiting processes and employee referrals - Assist in succession planning efforts within the organization on board and train new employees coordinate events focused on employee recognition posting job orders on indeed, Express site Requirements - Proven experience in recruiting or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of succession planning principles Join us in this exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization through strategic talent acquisition!
