Join our team in Pensacola, Florida, as a Grant Manager!This opportunity is a Hybrid role, local to the Pensacola, Florida area.

We are seeking several Grant Manager to join our team working with subrecipients to manage mitigation grants. Grant Managers will also assist the Sector Leads with financial management & grant details.

Ensure quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of assigned tasks. Maintain assigned workloads, leads and job assignments.

Track key metrics.Key Responsibilities : Support Sub-recipients with application development and implementation.Monitor status of cases from validation of documentation and tracking progression through closeout.

Coordinate and participate in resolution of grant related issues and concerns.Address any issues presented by Task Force Leaders.

Optimize procedures and maintain communication and focus.Maintain and track each case as required from Group Leads in project report management information system.

Measure performance with key metrics.Keep management team informed on issues, problems & resolutions.Provide superior customer service skill set including the ability to listen, facilitate and negotiate problems.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree3+ years of experience in planning, mitigation, or disaster management3+ years of CDBG - DR experiencePreferred Skills : Experience in grant management experience with FEMA or HUD3+ years of Grant Management experienceProfessional Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with client regarding issues, needs, and / or priority setting for projectsAbility to facilitate meetings and present complex information in an understandable and compelling mannerCritical thinking and problem-solving skills paired with a desire to take initiativeDemonstrated experience balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing priorities to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlinesAbility to work under pressure, both individually and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and client service focus#LNHUDWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is : $58,430.00 - $99,331.00Florida Remote Office (FL99)
