Design Director/Sr. Landscape Architect

Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Design Director / Senior Landscape Architect Include :

• Degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
• 4-5 years of team management experience, ideally within a design or construction environment.
• Proven track record in leading a team of 5-7 people, with strong skills in HR processes, performance reviews, and managing team dynamics.
• 2+ years of experience in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, with strong skills in Hardscape and Planting Plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Land FX is a plus.
• Responsible for overseeing the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Skilled in sales and familiar with construction processes, focusing on keeping projects and people moving efficiently.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a bonus opportunity of up to $50,000. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401k with match, and hybrid work opportunities.
