Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and resolve IT-related issues related to Citrix, VM, Active Directory, Exchange, and ServiceNow
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support roles
  • Proficiency in Citrix, VM, Active Directory, Exchange, and ServiceNow
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
