Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage and resolve IT-related issues related to Citrix, VM, Active Directory, Exchange, and ServiceNow
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support roles
- Proficiency in Citrix, VM, Active Directory, Exchange, and ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
