Today, National Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Sales Representative (B2B) who will bring their expertise to our sales team and help us grow to become the #1 Ramp Company in the World.
The Senior Sales Representative (B2B) will be responsible for lead generation, cultivating relationships with potential vendors, and achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish and nurture business relationships with new and existing clients
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in target markets
- Engage in daily outbound calls and connections, achieving a minimum of 20 call connections and 50 outbound calls per day
- Deliver compelling value propositions to potential clients through face-to-face and online meetings
- Participate in networking events and bid platforms to expand business reach
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline, ensuring accurate logging of calls and updates
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to their challenges
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive business development
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and prospecting opportunities
- Provide occasional field support and meet with prospective accounts as needed
- Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
- Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism in all interactions
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Business development and professional selling experience in B2B
- Proven results and experience with new account development
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
- High levels of social perceptiveness and client experience
- Superior problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5+ years professional experience in a business development or sales role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Zoom Info and LinkedIn
- Occasionally travel for business development activities as required
EDUCATION :
Bachelor’s degree in relative field or equivalent experience preferred
WORK LOCATION :
This role requires full-time work in the office located in Valley Cottage, NY
TRAVEL :
Travel may be needed for 3-6 days a month
COMPENSATION :
Expected Total Compensation : $90,000 - $250,000 (includes base salary plus uncapped commission)
