IT Application Specialist FT Days

Job Summary :

The IT Application Specialist supports end-users with optimal solutions for multiple clinical and / or business applications.

The Application Specialist works closely with analysts, system users, and operational leaders to ensure successful rollout of features and usage of applications.

Hours : 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm

Job Essentials : The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Operational experience with EHR system(s) Clinical and / or Business preferred.
• Remain flexible and adaptable with respect to changing end-user needs.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Ensure work deliverables are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
• Take initiative and be willing to learn new content and technology.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrate resilience through difficult situations, reaching high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.

Education Requirements :

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
