Title : Organizational Change Manager / Communications Specialist

The Change Lead mission is to partner with the corporation’s stakeholders to understand OCM needs and potential opportunities.
The Change Lead will develop expertise in the area(s) they support including the end-user experience, how to increase successful employee adoption and influence value realization for new initiatives.
You will deliver and embed organizational change management (OCM) practices into the area(s) under their responsibility to achieve desired goals and empower key stakeholders to implement and deliver change management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a closely related field.
At least - years of progressive experience in organizational change management.
Proven experience in developing strategic OCM plans and executing large-scale process changes that impact end users and customers.
Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly motivated, independent contributor who anticipates business needs while tracking deadlines and plan progress.
Must have experience in Organizational Change Management.
Certified or hands-on experience using ADKAR Methodology.
Must have experience in training / teaching in a corporate setting, including classroom training.
Must have communications and content writing experience.
Strong presentation skills with experience conducting large group meetings both in-person and virtually.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries (a plus).
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (preferred).
The role will require the development and delivery of organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.
Must be available to work in Boca Raton, FL Training Site location at least days per week. Some travel to other sites may be required -% of the time.

Standard Business Hours, Monday-Friday, am-pm with an occasional need to be available early for a class or to stay late for classes or calls
