The HR Coordinator will be instrumental in handling various HR-related tasks, including managing ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and HRMS systems, among others.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the administration of compensation and benefit functions
- Conducting background checks as part of the recruitment process
- Coordinating with various departments to streamline HR processes
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures within the organization
- Utilizing HRMS and About Time for efficient HR management
- Handling queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assisting in the administration of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing
- Using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes
- Using Ceridian for efficient HR data management
- Performing other HR-related tasks as required.
