Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing construction activities and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with site superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
• Help monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Review project documents, including blueprints, plans, and specifications, to support accurate project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation such as schedules, daily reports, RFIs, and change orders.
• Support compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies on-site.
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to help maintain positive relationships.
