We are looking for a Recruiter with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol.
• Resume screening & interview setups.
• Post job ads on Indeed, Apploi, and other platforms.
• Candidate phone screening.
• Assistance to HR manager in administrative tasks of the department such as reports.
• Employee onboarding.

Qualifications :

• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
• Must be BILINGUAL (Spanish / English).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills.
• Office background required.
• Recruitment background required.
• Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite.
• The ideal candidate will have a very energetic personality, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
