About The Role & Team
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our team.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who will champion Amplitude’s core values (Humility, Ownership, and Growth Mindset) and positively contribute to our company culture.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additionally, the individual must be adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time role reports to the CHRO and requires onsite presence in the San Francisco office, although we offer flexible workplace policies to support work-life balance.
As an Executive Assistant, you will :
- Manage, protect, and maintain executives' calendars.
- Book and secure domestic and international travel arrangements
- Schedule meetings and take meeting notes as needed
- Support planning and execute logistics for team offsites and events.
- Manage timely submission of executive’s expenses
- Collaborate with the Workplace and Employee Experience teams.
- Seamlessly handle multiple priorities at once.
- Act as a cultural ambassador for the company.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships both inside and outside of Amplitude.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgment and discretion.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to the CHRO to execute on strategic events (ie QBRs, All Hands, Offsites) and other related activities and logistical tasks for the office of the CHRO
- Adhoc work as needed
You'll be a great addition to the team if :
- You have 3+ years of EA experience supporting executives or related experience
- You're strategic, adaptable, and resourceful in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You have experience in domestic and international travel coordination
- You consider yourself a true multi-tasker, are detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills.
- You are a team player and ready to jump in to help a fellow EA, the larger Workplace team, or any Ampliteer when needed.
- You remain calm, helpful, and creative in stressful situations.
- You have experience with GSuite products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Slides). You consider yourself a slide deck guru (PowerPoint / Google Slides), and have an eye for formatting presentations.
- You are trustworthy and understand the confidentiality required when working with C-Suite and Human Resource matters
- You are passionate about building strong and trusting relationships with not just your executive and team but all employees.
