Participantsin Kohler’s Information Technology Leadership Development Program (IT LDP) gaina broad understanding of Information Technology functional areas throughhands-on, in-depth, and meaningful assignments.
In addition to developingbasic business acumen, self-awareness, and functional experience, associateshave the freedom to explore their long-term career interests and aspirations.
ProgramDetails
The IT LDPis a 24-month program that includes 4 rotations roughly 6 months in length. Therotations occur in different groups throughout Information Technology.
Geographically,the IT LDP will take place in Kohler, WI and Milwaukee, WI. In the program, theIT LDP will interact regularly with their program mentor and onsite manager to promoteongoing development and communication.
Your exploration within theprogram ends upon your acceptance of a role within your identified area ofinterest at or around 24-months.
PotentialResponsibilities :
- Infrastructure Operations that can include server support, networking, and computer management
- Application Support that can include software platform management, database management, and programming
- Cyber Security that includes governance, border defense, authentication management, and threat management
- Data & Analytics which manages data sets and leverages various platforms to create dashboards
- Project management or business analyst which focus on interaction with various business units in Kohler with IT
Skills / Requirements
- Must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in ComputerScience, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, ITManagement, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering,Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Supply Chain, and related no later than July 2025.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.
