Job Title : HVAC Project Sales Engineer

Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Project Sales Engineer to join our Los Angeles, CA team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have extensive experience in design, engineering, project management, or pre-construction within the mechanical contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create comprehensive project proposals.
- Manage pre-construction activities, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Oversee the execution of large-scale HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in design and engineering, project management, or pre-construction for a mechanical contractor.
- Significant experience with large projects focusing on plumbing, piping, and HVAC.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including their design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local candidates with a stable work history are preferred.
