Pay Rate : $35 / hr

THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE

What's a typical day as a Senior Recruiter? You'll be :

• Sitting at the entrance to meet and greet candidates
• Conducting conversations and giving tours of the facility
• Managing calendars and scheduling interviews
• Recruiting candidates with a high-level technical background, including senior research scientists, chemists, chemical engineers, and quality engineers
• Supporting the hiring process for various levels of positions
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
• Learning and understanding the manufacturing and pharmaceutical processes
• Supporting the Metrology Lab with chemical samples and customer requirements
• Assisting in the recruitment of senior PHD level researchers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have experience using ICIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Possess a strong technical background in manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries, from PHDs to entry-level positions
• Have experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in a similar industry (Chemical Manufacturing)
• Are familiar with the purification, filtration, and blending processes in chemical engineering
• Can effectively communicate and collaborate with senior level professionals
• Have a keen eye for identifying top talent and matching them with the right positions
