As their new Performance Media Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional results for a diverse client base across the UK & Internationally.
You will be responsible for the planning, buying and management of digital campaigns across the full media mix with a focus on paid search, social and display.
You'll thrive working within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment, delivering best-in-class paid search activities for clients.
This is a key position within the team, and you will be expected to deliver excellent client experience & maximise their client's performance.
What you'll be doing : * Developing open and effective client relationships, acting as the key contact for the agency.* Running the day-to-day activation, optimisation, and reporting for campaigns on Paid Search & Shopping, Social & Programmatic Display.
- Identifying & presenting innovative media solutions to clients.* Auditing of client accounts to improve performance.* Managing the day-to-day administration of client accounts, including issuing of invoices, timing plans, forecasts & client contact notes.
- Proactively finding innovative ways to boost campaigns' performance by keeping abreast with the digital industry.* Optimising campaign performance and monitoring key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA etc)* Developing & executing media plans in line with agreed performance KPI's.
- Preparation of regular reports, proposals & other materials for presentation to clients.* Actively looking for opportunities for growth within client accounts and working with the Performance Media Director to explore these opportunities.
Who we're looking for : * Hands on experience managing performance marketing campaigns* Knowledge of digital media best practices* Demonstrable ability in cross-channel platforms including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager* An interest and willingness to try new platforms* Excellent interpersonal skills* Strong written & verbal communication skills* Proven success working with all levels of management
