    • Job Duties :

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Communications Support professional to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide support to the HR Administration / Communications Team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of our communications initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for this role.
  • Communications-related education and experience required.

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing internal and external communications
  • Help maintain consistent messaging across platforms and audiences
  • Support planning and execution of associate-focused events, including messaging, logistics, supplies, etc.
  • Coordinate tours, visitor agendas, and leadership engagements
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for leadership and team use
  • Develop visual communications tailored to associate engagement (e.g., signage, newsletters, digital boards)
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for communications-related activities
  • Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects
  • Conduct research on industry trends and summarize findings
  • Work closely with all manufacturing and corporate departments to align messaging and support initiatives
