- Handle Employee Benefits matters including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans
- Review contracts and corporate resolutions
- Manage client relationships and provide legal counsel
- Oversee and mentor junior associates
Requirements :
- Membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for membership
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Benefits matters and corporate law
- Proven ability to generate business and maintain client relationships
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Education & Certifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Additional certifications in Employee Benefits law preferred
