Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of products, packaging, and sales collateral from conception through final production files under the guidance of the art directors and project managers
- Provide image retouching and clipping paths; create templates and CADs; make supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
- Help acquire artwork for a wide range of products
- Create sales presentations and sell sheets
- Create product cads by designing trend-forward product that meets the needs of our customers and company aesthetic
- Work closely with the art director to create overall collections
- Review and approve production files before they are uploaded
- Review and approve factory PDFs, digital proofs, pre-production samples, and advances
- Follow design department procedures, protocols, standards, and SOPs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of graphic design
- Expertise with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Benefits
- Pay : The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per annum
- Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location
